Blauer Portugieser 2020

The locals told us the secret of growing Blauer Portugieser to full wine. Quality over quantity. On days when aromatics and colorings start concentrating in the berries, some of the bunched grapes are cut at the neck. Those on the ground returning toward the soil. The grapes that remain hanging are the “chosen ones”, more intense and of better quality.

Red quality wine, dry.
