Alibernet Ice wine 2021

Ice wine. This is the most accurate classification (it speaks to my soul). During harvesting, when the temperature descends to at least -7 °C, after the first 10 minutes spent outside on the 7th of December everything, including the grapes and the country was icy. The nose, ears and fingers were cold as a fish. Only the temperament of the grape pickers was hot, whipped up by their desire to have a drink of sweet dessert wine a few days later and by the joy of seeing healthy grapes, which is not taken for granted.
